Had a hitch installed with wiring recently in an older vehicle only took them a few days to get it in. Installed in an hour and a half the following week. Salesman was great to have a laugh with. If I lived in the Ottawa area I would buy from them. They came recommended to my by a car dealership as the dealership couldn't get it done and was a bit cheaper than going through Canadian tire. Over all I was very satisfied. Why not five stars? Waiting area was a bit cramped and the chairs were too close together I'm 6 foot 275 mind you.
